Hi. Am very satisfied with Rushforth Electric. Per my review's title, they responded quickly. Though, I did have to agree to a same day appointment the morning when they returned my call, but that was O.K., as I was available then, and I wanted the work to be completed as soon as possible. Two tradesmen showed up, on time. Also, they called me as they were on their way, so I could plan for arrival. So important. They seemed to be an expert electrician and an younger apprentice (my sense). The expert was friendly, even commented favourably on a humorous artwork I had on the wall (he actually took a photo); the apprentice kept to himself, was all business, but that was fine, as the expert supervised him while working. Apprentices benefit from learning from a pro. (We all were once, and do benefit.) I found Rushforth to be very professional, both admin/head office and the trades. Price was reasonable compared with another quotation I had obtained. To be direct, it was in line with what I had hoped for/was expecting. I consider Rushforth Electric is now my go-to. I'm concerned, though, that if you act upon my review, they'll be too booked up going forward. lol! However, more customers is good for their business and likely means that Rushforth will hire more tradespersons to complete the extra work. Regards to my readers and to Rushforth. Cheers.
