Alon has been helpful in every way possible from the moment we met. He told me exactly what type of windows to get and explained the pros and cons of every option in thorough detail. He is fully knowledable in every way in windows and doors as he was an installer for many years before this. He tried to save me money at every opportunity and never upselled any product or item in any way. He is always available for any questions or concerns and does not stop until you are satisfied with all the work that has been done. A few small issues that came up were quickly dealt with. Alon was excellent in his communication and always being punctual when it came to timing. Because he used to be an installer himself he was able to answer all my questions in detail to my satisfaction, making the best recommendations possible when it came to the type of windows to be installed. The installers called each time to confirm that I was home before they came over. And it was the same installer to take the measurements for the window who came back to do everything. They worked very quickly and efficiently while removing the old windows right through to installing the new ones and clean up was very thorough. The installers showed me how to operate the windows properly and after showing me a wrongly installed handle from the manufacturer came back the very next morning to replace it with the proper part. I appreciate the fact that it was always Alon that I spoke to and that he never referred me to anyone else, assuring me that he would answer any questions or concerns with the utmost accuracy. I highly recommend both Alon and Aurora Windows and Doors to anyone that is looking for a small window replacement project to a full house with sliding doors and the whole nine yards. While researching painting companies to have our condo get ready to sell and have our new home freshly painted, I came across the Alpha Pro Painting ad on another site and gave them a call. Kyle was quick to respond and set up an appointment with us for a free quote. He was very open to ideas and gave us a lot of guidance on what we were looking for. He provided us with a fair and accurate quote and helped us work within our budget. They did an AMAZING job on both our new home and condo; even throwing a complicated wallpaper job at them in our new home didn't phase them. Beautiful work. Quick, professional and clean. We've recommended Alpha Pro to our families and they have quickly become "The Family Painters". This past summer we even had them come stain our deck and fix the trim around our garage. Dean and Ali were very friendly, courteous, polite, hard working, fast, and always had a smile on their faces as they moved my in-laws from their house in Pickering to their new house in Midland. they showed up promptly at 9am and immediately after introducing themselves to us went straight to work. they moved swiftly and carefully to empty the contents of the house, they wrapped all the furniture up to ensure that no damage would be caused on their behalf. I am using them again this week as my wife and myself are moving now to our house in Pickering from our condo in Scarborough. I requested both Dean and Ali to be 2 of the 3 movers. Mary was a pleasure to talk to on the phone whenever I had any questions or concerns. There's a reason that Fluent has the best consistent reviews.....they are the best movers in town! Thanks guys!
