We needed a dry vent up on a very tall second floor. Ali & Asghar arrived a few minutes early (always remarkable in Toronto rush hour traffic) with everything they needed to complete the task. They first carefully explained what they were going to do, and how they were going to do it, and made sure I understood that they were cleaning the dryer vent, not anything inside the dryer. Ali & Asghar then carefully set up a ladder, taking care to respect both mine and my adjacent neighbour's property, and thoroughly cleaned the vent. Afterwards, they invited me to take a look and see how well the air was flowing and how the vent was completely cleaned out. Highly recommend Ali & Asghar for their efficient and thorough work! Will certainly call Cora again to clean the vent!
