After reading the positive reviews on HomeStars, I decided to call "doors and more" for a quote for the installation of a glass shower in our ensuite bathroom. It was after 7pm and I figured I would leave a voicemail, not the case. Frank, the owner answered the phone and he patiently answered all my questions and explained to me why it is important to go with a company that only installs glass showers. No pressure tactics, just an informative conversation. Needless to say I was impressed and Frank really demonstrated that he made sure I understood the process and that he cared about my ensuite renovation. Frank was able to provide a quote the next day once I sent him some pictures and dimensions of the shower. I mentioned to Frank that we were under a time crunch and that my work schedule would leave me little flexibility to have some come out and take measurements. Frank was able to have someone come out early morning the following day to take the measurements. The gentlemen taking the measurements was right on time and very polite, tidy and took the time to answer all my questions. The final quote he provided was inline with Frank's original quote - very important. Once again I was very impressed and knew that I had made the right choice. The installation was just as smooth as the other steps in the process. The installers were punctual, tidy, polite and very patient with my questions. My contractor for the renovation had concerns about the installation since they would be securing the glass frames against the shower tiles and he was worried they would damage the shower tiles without the proper drill bits. This proved to be a none issue since the installer was well aware and equipped to handle the issue. As I said earlier, the installers were very patient :). Overall, "doors and more" exceeding all my expectations. Frank and his team are great. They are experienced professionals who are patient, respectful and informative and really make the customer feel comfortable during the process.
