Andrew did a great job helping us pruned a big silver maple tree in our backyard. He is professional and you can tell his work was very well planned. We have a big Forthycia bush blooming under the pruned tree. Andrew did the pruning with care and from the picture which I took after the pruning you can tell the flowering bush was not affected at all. He cares about customer's satisfaction. When the pruning was close to finish he took extra step to check with us and did several additional cut backs based on our feedback. He even answered my kids' request and help them chop the log into flat plates and kids were sooo happy. The clean up was great, all debris was removed, the lawn was raked and patio was blowed clean. Andrew's pruning work happened to run into my kid's school presentation via zoom, to avoid making loud noise, he scheduled some quiet work during that period until my kid's presentation is done, and we really appreciate. Casa Bella replaced our 30-years old windows and doors. We chose architecture+ for most windows and some slide windows besides interlock. New windows are beautiful, well designed, high quality and bring in a lot more light. Rooms look much more brighter, and our house looks like brand new. Kayla from sales team provided prompt response to all our questions, inquiries and changes. With her suggestions and extra effort to help us collect more info about front door choices, we are able to make final decision and get contract signed. German and his install team did a great job too. The installation took 5 days. The team arrived on time everyday, did their job professionally, efficiently and courteously, cleaned up carefully during and after everyday. I have 2 young kids and never worry about doing any more cleaning work after the team left. During the first day installation, German identified a small defect on one window frame, he called company right away, and we got a new replacement window the next day. It's completely worry free. We would highly recommend Casa Bella to our family friends. Actually during the installation, several neighbors already dropped by asking German for the business card.
