Another great window installation by Brock. The free estimate was quickly undertaken and the pricing was competitive. I had two basement windows installed. The existing windows were removed and the new North Star windows installed. The installation was quick and clean, with no messes to be seen. The new windows look and function great!

Liby and parter did a great job installing a new Nest Smoke/CO device, and explaining all the home services that Simply Smart provides, such as furnace maintenance/ protection plans that are comparable to my current provider but with the added bonus of free Nest swag. Definitely worth the visit.

Jim and his crew, Wayne and Justin, did a great job of tuck pointing and repairing the brickwork of my two storey home. Jim did a thorough assessment, listened to my concerns, and provided a very reasonable quote for the work. He even noticed issues that some other contractors missed in their quotes. My concerns were well addressed and progress was effectively communicated. Overall the work looks great and the process was smooth sailing. I highly recommend Reach Restoration for future projects.

I was loosing shingles for a while and decided it was probably time to get my roof examined and replaced. I called several companies and the majority didn't even return my call and none were interested in doing repairs. I spoke with Ryan about getting the roof looked at for a quote on repair work or replacement, he was more than willing to go up and fix whatever he could on the spot. We decided that it was better to just replace the worn roof and the following week Ryan was back with his crew. Despite a minor setback with the material delivery, Ryan was on top of it and got the work done in the timeframe promised. He answered all of my questions confidently and even took pictures of the work that was done. Reasonably priced and would definitely recommend.

After searching online for cabinet doors I came across this company’s website, which had a great online catalogue and ordering system. Measuring my cabinet doors thanks to their guide and entering the order was made easy. The resulting doors came in exactly as I measured for the order. The look and quality are excellent. My only beef and the reason for a not perfect review was that the order took way longer than expected and was impossible to track once made. The website says it takes 5 to 6 weeks from order to delivery (done by UPS), but it was closer to 2.5 months. Responses from the company were also quite delayed. I suggest they integrate their online ordering system with an up to date tracking. If you can wait for your order, the product is a good quality affordable option for the do it yourselfer.

I had my front door, side door and three large windows replaced. The overall quote for the project was more competitive than other quotes I received based on the cost of the doors. This included coloured front door with hardware. Installation took two days, and was done expediently and on schedule. Edan was very responsive to my concerns and provided me with good ideas for installation options. I had an issue with the operation of one of my locks and even after several months, he was quick to respond to me and have the lock fixed. Overall excellent service and the new installation looks great. Quite some time later, I noticed that some of the brickwork was damaged around one of the windows that was replaced, not cool.
