Don't be lured by the nice product, which they do have. The service, and sincerity of the staff here is seriously lacking. We were served by Debi who sold us a 12" Pure Bliss mattress and two pillows of the same brand for $4500.00 which we paid for in April of 2014. Delivery was promised within three weeks, but we didn't see it for six. At no point did they ever call to explain a delay. Rather they responded with weak excuses when WE called to ask where our stuff was. The mattress came in early June, but no pillows (value $300.00), and no explanations. After several calls, nothing and never any contact. I finally walked into the store today, July 12, and Debi was full of phony smiles. I claimed two Pure Bliss pillows that they had IN STOCK, politely told her what I thought of the their service, and let her know they shouldn't hope for a recommendation. She showed no concern and offered only a throwaway, "sorry you feel that way". These people don't keep their word. I expect nothing but the worst should there be problems with the mattress in the future. Stay away.
Peter, I apologize, again, for the delay in your delivery. It was difficult to give you an update on what became a very impossible situation. Very shortly after your delivery, LatexBLISS went into bankruptcy protection and actually pulled their business out of Canada. I refuse to bad mouth a supplier while they are having these type of difficulties. Again, my apologies for whatever stress this may have caused you. I am not sure how we could have changed anything since the delivery of this mattress to us was out of our control.
