I was locked out of my condo and needed a locksmith to get me back in and to replace the lock. Sol was very prompt in getting back to me on a quote and quick in coming to my condo. On site, at each step he was clear with what he was doing at each step, and why it was necessary. There were no surprises with his cost estimate and his work was very professional. In fact, even though the removal of the old lock took much more effort than he initially quoted, he didn't charge me for the additional work. Altogether, he took care of my lock out, replaced the damaged lock and keyed the lock to my condo's master key. I was very happy with the service.

Don McKechnie is an interesting and knowledgable inspector and can clearly handle curveballs. I had him inspect a condo purchase and while it might have been overkill, he was thorough and made some interesting and concerning observations that I would have otherwise missed. I have no hesitation recommending Don, he's a flexible guy and adjust to your needs accordingly.
