The 2 pillars are as specified, and look good on our porch. The contract we negotiated was fair and the price better than other quotes. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Communication about expectations for the product and overall delivery-timing was very good and communications in relation to installation date had one glitch (the weekend we waited but didn't hear Luis was delayed on other jobs) but otherwise was very good. Installation was fast (about an hour) and the clean-up of dust etc. fairly good. Fixing the caulking problem was also very good service. We are looking forward to seeing the posts painted in a few months. We certainly hope fibreglass is a long-lasting improvement over our old (rotting) wood columns.
