We originally had our furnace and A/C installed 10 years ago by Richard and team at Core Temp. Over that period they have always provided excellent service. On the weekend, I noticed water pooling under our water heater in the furnace room. Richard picked up the phone right away when I called and diagnosed the issue using FaceTime. The issue was actually related to the humidifier and Richard was able to come out the next day to fix it for us despite the start of heating season. Always great service. Thanks, Richard.

We used Green Stream Environmental to address chrysotile asbestos removal and mould remediation caused by water damage that originated in our upper floor bathroom. When we expressed concerns that our family was having health issues because of mould, Green Stream came right away to quote and were able to fit the job into their schedule on short notice. Everyone down from Manny and Gilbert has been fantastic. Jose and crew arrived on time and were respectful of our home. The preparation of the work site was neat and tidy and when they finished the job, everything was pristine and immaculate. Now we can breath easy, knowing that Green Stream didn't take shortcuts with our health. I can't say enough about this company. I would use them again if the opportunity comes up.

We recently purchased a 30-year old resale home and the inspection report recommended that original furnace should be replaced. Interviewed a number of companies after researching product reviews for furnaces and A/Cs. Came to the conclusion that if you picked a reliable brand, the next most important thing was the quality of the installer. Due to the tricky nature of the installation, Richard made sure we would be satisfied with the work before he began. Unlike some of the other HVAC companies we interviewed, Richard walked us through the job step by step, explaining the equipment, workmanship, and cost. While his company was not the lowest bid, his detailed quote (Model name and number, sizing, and component pricing) and client education gave us confidence in our due diligence. On the day of the install, the courteous CoreTemp crew showed up on time and worked according to schedule. At end of the project, the worksite was immaculate and we had a modern system that should last us another 30 years. Before Richard left, he completed the rebate paperwork, reviewed basic maintenance and operating procedures, and scheduled a preventative service call in a year's time. After living with the system over the winter, we've noticed an appreciable improvement in indoor air quality and our gas bill has nose-dived. Definitely a worthwhile investment and I would definitely refer Richard and Janice at CoreTemp to friends and family.
