We had three different garage builders come out to our home last summer to provide us with quotes. The first two gave us quotes for rectangular shaped garages. Then Reg came by and came up with this fantastic idea to make the best use of our pie shaped lot. He asked us exactly what we would be using our three car garage for and adjusted the design accordingly. The price ended up being a little higher than the other two companies but the end product was well worth it. My boyfriend now has himself a three car garage that has a two car section with attic storage, and a one car bay with a vaulted ceiling and a high lift garage door. We have three sliding windows, a gas heater and a sky light. The work began a little late and was completed a little late as well - this was the only issue. This is an understandable one and Reg was straight forward with us as to why the timeline he initially gave us was no longer possible. He did make up for it by insulating our garage using the materials we had already bought. Throughout the whole experience Reg was friendly and approachable. He always made you feel more like a friend than someone you hired to do a job for you. He is a great guy and his garage speaks for itself. He was the only garage builder to ask what exactly we would be using our garage for and the only one to even suggest a more innovative way of using our lot. I would use this company again without thinking about it.
