Kevin was amazing. Very knowledgeable, great communicator and friendly. he outlined what the potential problems could be, and very transparently laid out the cost of a.) labour needed to isolate problem b.) price of likely components. In the end my wife and i determined that the cost to go further would be too much for an old appliance and that a new one (rather than repair) would be our best option. Such a breath of Fresh air to have a company treat you like a human being and not try to fleece you in a futile effort to patch up an old machine.
