I ordered approximately $5000 worth of furniture in December 2013. I paid a deposit at the store. My furniture, or I should say some of the furniture I ordered was not delivered until March. Before they brought in the furniture from the truck, they asked for the rest of the balance to be paid. The delivery guys assembled the dining chairs together in the truck and brought them in. When we inspected the chairs, we noticed some of the chairs were missing screws on the bottom. When we questioned them, their response was that they couldn't get it to fit, so they left it out. We told them that we were not going to accept 3 of the 8 chairs, so it was brought back to the warehouse to get fixed. Next, when they assembled the dining table, they used a trial and error method to assemble it. A big dent was found on the table top, so it too had to be returned and replaced. Our last piece of furniture that we ordered, was never packed into the truck for the delivery! I was told someone was going to delivery it on his way home that night, but that didn't happen. I waited, no calls, no apologies. After speaking with the owner, Robert, no compensation was offered, only excuses as to what happened...It was my first and last time buying from Casalife.
