Was in the market for a new furnace and air conditioner and required a quick turnaround. Convertible was recommended by a friend. Sean arrived for the consult and was extremely knowledgeable and provided a variety of options to select from. We learned a lot from him! Dieter installed both units in one day. The BEST from start to finish! I had shopped around for a few weeks and once I met Vik and his "one stop shop" approach, I was thrilled. I had a grantie kitchen counter and stone backsplash installed and also 2 quartz bathroom counters. I was able to view the slabs in advance which was important to me. Vik assisted in selection of all and I was able to buy my sinks and faucets in his shop. The installers were outstanding and very accomodating with my special requests. Vik also had a plumber arrive at end of day for final hookup. Everything was installed in 1 day and within my short timeframe. Vik knows the true meaning of customer service! It was a pleasure to deal with A Granito World from start to finish!
