I purchased quartz from the Granite Shop during my kitchen reno. Although I was spending $5k for their services they were extremely late to laser measure my countertop (I had a 9am appointment but the guy didn't show up until 11:30am). The day of the install I had a 9am appointment so I took the morning off of work- YET AGAIN they didn't show up on time... this time showing up around 3pm this after I called to inquire where they were they threatened not to come at all. The product itself was great but I would never recommend this company unless you like waiting around the house all day and poor service after they get your $

I hired Hardings' painting to paint the exterior of the house. Although mistakes were made (using too high of water pressure on my deck- dented the boards) as well as not attaching the drain pipes from the roof, and mistakenly painting my bbq cover they did the job and looks great- now. The manager of the job (who did not actually do it) was helpful and did try to make things right after I complained. However, due to the mistakes I would not work with them again.

Ultra-Light doors was contracted out by Home Depot to remove and install our new garage door. Door was installed damaged- very damaged. It took a month to get the replacement panels and then FOUR appointments had to be made- for them to come. 3 out of the 4 appointments they either cancelled or didn't show up... which was a major inconvience since someone has to be home during the day (they don't do evenings or weekends) and I actually work for a living (Monday to Friday, 8-5) I would not recommend them to anyone as their customer service is just a farce.
