I recently had Manjur perform an inspection of a house I am planning to purchase. The experience was most enjoyable as Manjur is courteous, extremely knowledgeable in his field, very professional and did not mind taking time during the inspection to explain what he was seeing. At the end we also did a complete walkthrough recapping what was previously identified and discussed in greater details, along with other observation I has made. What really impressed me was that along with the identified problem, Manjur provided, not only 1 solution, but a range of solution from "on a budget" to "cost is not an issue" as well as priority of what needs to be completed first.
