Thanks to Chris in the service department who scheduled a service call to repair a window that was inoperable due to the spring being uncoiled. We had 8 windows installed that were manufactured by Windowcity, and just recently realized that one was not working as it should. It may have been a little past the warranty period, but Chris was good to help me in having this repair done. A service call was scheduled within a few days, the service person was prompt and polite, and the work was completed satisfactorily. Thank you to the team at Windowcity.

I found Greenleaf after deciding to look north of my area in search of good workmanship at a good price. After receiving 8 quotes, Greenleaf was placed in a group of 3 comparables in terms of quality of materials to be used and what I thought would be high quality work. I then selected Greenleaf based on these 2 qualities plus price reasonability - satisfying all 3 requirements. I knew last year that I had to replace my roof this year, and started doing extensive research online ( roofing contractor blogs etc) as well as contacting manufacturers and talking to roofing supply companies. On the 3 occasions I met with Paolo @ Greenleaf prior to signing the contract, I was impressed with his punctuality, extremely good presentations without sales pressure, strong technical knowledge , and his ability to answer any question I threw at him. The materials to be used were of very high quality, meeting the requirements for the Certainteed Integrity Roof System for the 50 year limited lifetime warranty. The job was done 3 days ago, and even looking around on the roof and flashings etc this morning to see if there was anything I could visually detect that I was not pleased with ( I am a fussy guy), I could not find anything wrong. I should add that I was home on Thursday when the re-roofing work was done and did observe that there were no shortcuts. Thank you to Freddy, Jeff and others on the crew for your excellent installation work and clean-up. Two neighbours went along with choosing Greenleaf to re-roof their homes ( we all met with Paolo together ) . They had their roofs completed a few days before mine, and they seem very happy with the job. Paolo mentioned to me that he wants to do the job right so that there would be no need for post-installation fixes. Based on what I have seen so far, he is probably correct. However, in the unlikely event his service his required during the 10 year labour warranty period, and if that service were to be provided at the same very high level I have received to date, then this company will likely be around to provide their services to hopefully many future happy customers. I give you guys a 10+.
