This is one of the most outstanding businesses of any type, any place, that I have ever dealt with. When another appliance store severely disappointed (damaged goods, unwilling to compensate), on the recommendation of a family member I called Ben's. I explained what I needed, my price range and without even having to go in to the store I was advised on suitable, quality products over the phone. In addition, Ben's was able to provide delivery, removable and disposal of the old appliance and installation of the new one, at my preferred time the very next day. The installation was done in a highly professional manner, quickly and efficiently. The staff both on the phone and in my home were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. The next time I need a new appliance, Ben's will absolutely be my choice.
