We understand the weather impact to the exterior window cleaning job. So no complaints here for their 4 months postponed arrival. However, the person who came to our house, had really bad attitude. We asked if he could start with the windows on the upper level first. He suddenly got upset and took off without completing our paid service. He complained he didn't want to be told what to do. Really!? There is some serious customer service issue with this company. Don't ever use them!
