Yesterday Home Tech Experts came to repair a problem with my antenna. The placement of the antenna on my roof is difficult and somewhere dangerous to access (especially in winter months), but Sergey who came to do the work did a great job of problem solving the issue and quickly finding the best way to bring us working TV reception again! Years ago I had another GTA antenna sales and installation company do the initial antenna installation. Let`s just say it wasn`t a good experience with either their work or their attitude. Working, however, with Andy and Sergey from Home Tech Experts was a completely positive experience. Sergey arrived on time, and instantly I could tell that his top mission was good customer service. He took the time to explain what was required, and did a great job completing the repair. There aren’t many companies I’ve had come into my home with this level of care or professionalism. Many thanks to both Andy and Sergey of Home Tech Experts for both great technical work and A+++ customer service. Highly recommend.

I had three quotes for having my garage door replaced. Some folks quoted via email, without even having seen the house (and old garage)! When I met Steve of Maple Leaf Garage Doors he took the time to really understand what we wanted -- and he gave us great options. It was immediately apparent that he truly was the person to do the job. Today Steve removed the old wooden door and all of the tracks and counter-weights, etc. and installed the new metal garage door. It looks fantastic!!! He spent several hours making sure it was perfection. And it is! Steve is such a pleasure to work with. He truly cares about the quality he delivers. He took the time to do a good clean up afterward and took away my old door and all of the other stuff that was ripped-out. Also, all of the times and dates for quoting (and doing the install) were timely. This is a true HomeStars success story. Highly recommended. Thank you Steve for your hard work!

Having Miro from Infinity Gutter replace our ancient and inefficient gutters was one of the best decisions I've made when hiring a company to do home improvements. I had three quotes from eaves companies in total -- and it became immediately clear that Infinity was the best choice. Infinity quoted fairly and quickly and did an awesome job of explaining their recommendations. The work was completed on the house yesterday. Not only is the work great looking -- but Miro and crew cleaned up all of the messy debris from the old gutters and left the house and property looking great before leaving. I was delighted looking at the new eaves today. Miro couldn't have done a better job! I am happy to recommend Miro of Infinity to anybody requiring gutter work. Aside from the wonderful end result -- it's a true pleasure working with a pro who truly cares about quality client care while providing exceptional work! What gets better than this? Worst customer service I've ever encountered! After having an antenna system installed in the fall of 2013, which resulted in poor reception, the owner went berserk to have to deal with having the installation team back to tweak my system for acceptable reception. I had to pay the installers a full payment for adding a pre-amp (which did the trick). Sadly the pre-amp was supposed to have been installed originally, but wasn't. I was first told by the installers today that adding a preamp wouldn't likely improve my reception. Once it was installed, the improvement was evident. Several more channels became available, including PBS from Buffalo. Signal strength is up majorly too. Since having the antenna installed, most Buffalo viewing was poor or non-existent -- even the CBC here in Toronto was shaky at times. Dealing with a company that is not willing to support their product by helping make it work without temper tantrums from the owner. with name calling, is worse than 3rd rate. I would NOT advise working with Save and Replay based on my experience. I didn't know about HomeStars before dealing with Save and Replay where I could have read a review or two first.
