We have a few small properties that green bloom services for us during the summer season. They do a good job and are reliable. I would highly recommend them for commercial sites.

They did the snow the past few years for a building my company manages on Bathurst street in Toronto. It is a large property with a few hundred residents, so prompt clearing and salting when it snows is very important. So far so good, there were a few growing pains during the first few snowfalls of our first year with them but they were quick to resolve anything we brought forward.
