When Jim came out to inspect the work that needed to be done he took the time to explain everything to me in detail. The office staff was very personable every time I spoke with them. The workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. When the invoice arrived it matched the original estimate. The only issues we had was waiting for the weather to cooperate so the work could start. Jim you have a great team working with you. All the best.
