I have had same bad experience with the power view product. Huge run around from both the company and the dealer. They make it so that you have to keep paying hundreds of dollars for servicing of their poor quality blinds. I have decided to stop throwing good money after bad and will buy a manual shade to replace the power view one. I spent 17000 on hunter Douglas blinds for my very small house but luckily only got duped on one power shade. Really frustrating.
