When we originally called Boonstra because our air conditioner stopped working Steven was the technician. He was courteous, informative and efficient. Unfortunately there was a problem with the installation of the humidifier on the furnace and Steven was the technician assigned to do the repair. Once again he was very helpful. I mentioned that the air conditioner was loud and he returned the following day with a cover free of charge.
We were disappointed with the 24-hour emergency service that is advertised. When the humidifier burst and was leaking water at 8 am there was no response from any of the three numbers we called. When we finally reached a live person and were not cut off the line it was a rude encounter. When my husband relayed his frustration, the response was "Well you reached somebody now." Her response was unapologetic, unprofessional and rude. We were not impressed with her attitude.
Cory was very friendly and thorough with his quote. He was easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
The installation of our furnace and air conditioner by Chad and Dave went fairly smoothly although coincidentally on the same day our telephone lines went down. Drilling to the outside was done in the same area as the telephone lines so we needed to get that looked at. Other than the air conditioner still running a little loud for me we are happy with the new system. For the most part we experienced helpful and courteous service.
