I found Kodiak Snow to be very prompt and they did a good job throughout the year. What I was most impressed with, however, was their responsiveness and level of customer service when I had an issue and contacted them with a complaint. During a record snowfall, there was an oversight and only half of my driveway was cleared. I know all the snow removal companies were overwhelmed and their resources strained by the huge amount of snow, but when I emailed in a complaint, Kodiak Snow not only promptly responded, they also came out quickly to rectify the problem.
