We were happy with the quality of work, however we were not prepared for the mess resulting from the removal of the old roof. It surrounded the house rather than being placed immediately into the waste bin. It was a challenge to communicate with the workers about how and when the waste would be cleaned up. The workers were polite, however, they had very limited English which in turn made it difficult to obtain information. They also smoked on the job site and we had to ask them to clean up their cigarette butts.
