Alberta to Vancouver Island Move
I would never recommend this company. My pick up was from 12-4 then changed from 4-9, after the truck got there late, they only loaded half my items. The driver said he would be on his way to VI the next morning. Took 15 days to get from there to here. Plus double my quote, and charges they thought they could get away with but didn't. I am still unpacking, and many of my boxes labeled "GLASS" have come out broken. I thought I'd be saving time and money going with professionals. I was very wrong. Very unprofessional and careless with my belongings. I am still waiting for my invoice copy the driver forgot to leave when they unloaded. Day 6 for that.

You got lots of discount from us. Your shipment conditions we have a list not so good. All used household goods, and many of them scratched, already damaged when we did pick up.You claimed that your items weight comes too much. We offered to you re scale front of you, and you didn't accept it because you know your shipment's weight will come more than what you expect. Even I told you how much your balance after discount, you accepted than: You tried to don't pay your full balance.Is that right? Even our driver came to the Vancouver Island, you prepared $150.00 less money order. Actually you know your total balance very well but you didn't pay it, and you got another discount which is $150.00. When you write something please thing twice and give correct information to people.
YOUR SHIPMENT PICK UP FROM HYHTE,AB 6 hours from Edmonton,AB(OUR HEAD OFFICE).When I talked with you, I explained to you this is remote area and we did our best for you and we did your pick up on time. For delivery issue, I told you everything when I talked with you, it will be on Aug.06 which is Wednesday afternoon. And we did your delivery, Now you have to be honest and right everything honesty way. Did you get very good discount first? 2nd you prepared $150.00 less money from original amount and tried to give driver? After you talked with me and I gave you another $150.00 discount just tried to help you?
From Hythe,AB to Duncan,BC it takes 12 to 14 business days. Both places are not main cities.(Like Vancouver,Calgary,Montreal or Toronto)Hyhte,AB, is on the NORTH OF ALBERTA.
