Kitchen drain was plugged, David Guo was the technician. Arrived on time, took great care for social distancing and protective equipment and did an excellent job in solving the problem. Cleaned up after his work. Highly recommended.
Excellent Service and Follow Up
A glass door in our house cracked and I contacted Aubrey in an emergency situation. The glass unit had been provided by a company which has since been acquired and we were unable to get any help from the original manufactures as to the type of glass. Due to his experience Aubrey matched the glass exactly and ordered a replacement from another provider. The installation was also smooth and professional. He kept us informed throughout the process, followed up on his own and was always responsive whenever we contacted him. I will definitely use him again and will unhesitatingly recommend him to my friends.

Replacement of Furnace and A/C
I wanted to replace our furnace and a/c but since it was not an emergency and the total expense would be significant, I met with several vendors and spent a couple of months researching it. Furnace King was by far the most professional and the most price competitive provider. Sandip met with me several times and was always available to answer my repeated queries. He is knowledgeable and thorough in his approach, in fact when I was considering more features he advised that it was unnecessary. Similarly, the installers, Joe and his team, are very competent and careful, they made sure that everything was cleaned up and back to normal before they left. Brian, the head technician, is also highly professional and followed up with a visit to ensure the equipment was functioning smoothly. I would have no hesitation to recommending them to my friends.

My rental hot water tank was over 12 years old and my new insurance company suggested that I have it replaced. Daryl F. (RCH 2109) provided excellent service. He was very careful about moving the tank in and out of a finished basement, used drop cloths to protect the carpet and completed a fully professional job.
