This was the second year in a row that I had my annual maintenance done on my furnace by Ather. On top of being knowledgeable and fair, he did a professional and accurate job quickly. I had to request he come at a very specific time, early on in the window they gave me (3pm - 5pm) as I had to go pick up my kids from school. He showed up early and got our 18 year old furnace in shape for another cold winter ahead well before I had to leave. I would recommend him to anyone, and plan to be in touch with him next year!

We contacted Chris in a pinch to get painting done so that we could list and sell our house. He was very easy to deal with and very responsive right from the start. Considering we were under a tight time crunch, he really set our minds at ease. Chris and his team (Tim and Derek) did a fantastic job painting and were very personable and easy to deal with. They went above and beyond, ensuring the job was done right, despite having coverage issues with the paint itself (not their fault) and did a third coat at no extra cost. Our property was just over 2500 sq. feet - a four bedroom house and they were in and out in three days - no issues. We'd recommend Advantage to anyone in our situation - looking to paint before listing - or otherwise.
