We had a great experience with the staff from Canadian Choice windows from start to finish. Stan, our salesperson was extremely knowledgable about the product and very reasonable when it came to pricing out the project. He was also an excellent communicator throughout the project. His responses were always quick and efficient. Stan had samples of the structure of the window which made it easier to see the difference between the low grade windows we had and the higher quaity windows they offer. The installation was done by Igor and his team. They arrived on time each day and worked tirelessly for hours to get the job done. One minor hiccup, the door was delayed by a couple of days. However, it was not at the fault of the installer and both Igor and Stan were extremely apologetic and tried to accomodate us in any way they could. Overall, a great project experience.

With all the new offers from the government, we decided to take advantage and make our home more energy efficient. Cedric was very effecient in his home inspection. He was flexible in his timings. He was very thorough in his process.

Home Depot had a huge toilet sale a month ago. They were sold out when we got there. The manager of the store took down our information on file and stated that we were guaranteed two toilets when they came in (at the sale price). After calling in once a week for a couple of months (and being told that the toilets would be there the next week) finally someone told us that they were not going to be able to honour their promise. We were given the ring around for weeks until someone finally gave us the bad news.

We ordered a couch from the Brick a year and a half ago. When the delivery men came to deliver they attempted to bring the couch into the house and we could see that it would not fit. Upon telling the delivery men this, they continued attempting to bring the couch into our house. In doing so, they dug a hole in our ceiling. Before leaving, the delivery men signed the contract admitting to the damage. We have been trying to get someone from the Brick to fix the damage and since then we have been getting the run around and we still have a hole in our new home. We have tried contacting the Brick's managers (my call is never returned). I have tried contacting head office (again no one has responded). Its good to know that the Brick is all helpful when they want you to purchase their products but the minute something goes wrong they have nothing to say. I hope someone from the Brick is privy to this review and gets in touch with us because we are still looking for a resolve to this issue. The sad part is that my family used the Brick as their regular furniture supplier. With this kind of customer service we will all think twice now.

We needed to replace our furnace. From the beginning, Sears Home was quick and efficient. Comparative to other companies and quotes, Sears Home was reasonable, quick and efficient in their service. We are very pleased with their delivery of the product. The installers were professional and quick.
