Excellent experience. Mark is extremely friendly, reliable, and professional. I was initially slightly unsatisfied - my own fault, I had given them bad instructions - and Mark was super understanding and reasonable in making sure I ended up happy. I’ve only had a few experiences with companies like this, but these guys are the best I’ve ever dealt with.

Anna, Andrew and helper really are efficient, hardworking and friendly. Andrew called me right away and came to do both the gutter cleaning and window cleaning. He takes obvious pride in his work and is enthusiastic about all his jobs. Flexible, courteous and committed, Shine Squad really benefits from having Andrew and Anna as Owner/Operators. No "just going through the motions" for these folks.

We were pleased with all aspects of dealing with Mallion Aluminum. They were the only ones to respond and come to the house within a week. They followed up with phone calls and texts if they were needing to reachedule, and Ani was wonderful with all payments and paperwork. Highly recommended for professional and speedy service.

Mike from Crystal Flow has been coming to our home for at least 12 years; he set up our water softener and ultra violet light systems, manages our well and cistern systems and generally deals with all our rural water issues. He is a prompt, reliable, friendly and polite family man who runs an excellent business, is always on top of things, proactive and trustworthy. He calls back usually within hours and comes when he says he will or calls to reschedule. Highly recommend the personal service of Mike and Crystal Flow.
