Alex's company proved to be pretty incredible. From the beginning when Loren (sales) came to our door it was a good experience. Loren's persistence and professionalism in getting this project really is what made our decision. He never gave up and it wasn't an easy sell for him I must admit. We had other quotes around the same price. Once we agreed to the deal, they never fell short! They delivered on time as agreed and came with an outstanding group of guys! These fellas worked steady for 10 solid hours to get our shingles on before the next big storm Calgary had to offer. They were so clean and organized, worked well together, safely and efficiently. They were so friendly and kind and made sure I was able to move around my yard safely. The guys had excellent manners and were complete gentleman! Even with some language barriers they made a good effort to communicate. I love the Spanish people! The work itself was beyond our expectations. For not knowing too much about these guys I would highly recommend SunWest and Alex's crew to anyone...they are some of the best roofers I've seen. That was a big job completed in a very short time and done properly we felt! Its hard to find good service these days and these guys really outdid themselves from start to finish...My yard was so clean after you would never know it happened...that impressed me most! Not a nail anywhere... Good job guys...drop by for cookies anytime!
