We discovered visible water and mold damage in the basement of our newly purchased home. We had Shawn come out to the house and perform testing and sure enough we had major drainage issues around the house resulting in high levels vapour pressure under the house and mold was detected in the basement as well as spores on the upper levels. Shawn has been with us from the beginning, taking on a very professional and expert consultative role. He has guided us through the remediation phase, to trouble shooting around the interior and exterior walls of our home and has even helped us to design a whole new, completely ventilated flooring system for our basesment that will ensure that we never have a water/mold issue again.
