Problem with furnace inducer fan motor. One simple call to Spring Home and repair was scheduled and furnace repaired quickly. No fuss or bother. Furthermore, very courteous, polite and caring administration staff and field service tech.

Called Three Little Pigs Masonry ..... Obtained estimate very quickly. Looks like good solid repair done on foundation, utilizing some reinforcement bar to strengthen repair on corner of foundation. During repair, house brick cracked and company went out of their way to source a new matching brick and installed, at no additional cost. Lesser companies would have likely just tried to repair old brick by cutting out crack in brick and simply using mortar to make an additional joint, which would have looked awful. Good workmanship!

Had problems with my hot water heaters. Called Climax Air and described problems. Sam, the person I chatted with knew at once what the issues were and came the same day to fix. They also recommended some preventative work, which would hopefully save future problems. Very refreshing to do business with a company and individuals that actually know and understand the products they sell / support. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient guys!!!

We had to replace our 19 year old furnace. Salesman, Cy provided excellent advice on the furnace, ductwork, humidification and air filtration. (It's a lot more than just replacing a furnace, as the whole system should be evaluated) Cy took the time to visit our house on 3 occasions to verify measurements etcetera and was very patient with us in making our decision. It's a big decision that we have to live with for the next 20 years, therefore we appreciated all his time and effort in explaining everything to us in detail. As far as the installation of the equipment .....I have a technical background and must admit that I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to this stuff. The installation was excellent. Very professional and workmanlike job. Furthermore, and probably even more important, the two technicians had a "do it right" attitude and put all their efforts into doing the very best job possible. Very impressive and refreshing to see this attitude in today's market place. A pleasure to deal with Paul and his staff. Everyone very friendly, professional and willing to go that extra mile to make sure the job is done right. Very refreshing in this day and age. As an example, they found and removed original construction debris in the duct work that should have been removed by previous duct cleaning companies, who shall be nameless.
