Like many, I found Jay and his team on HomeStars. From the second, I contacted Jay we were so impressed. His efficiency, honesty, accountability and frankness were much appreciated. He got the job done exactly how we wanted and how he said it would be. He answered all our questions and did so with a smile on his face. His crew came and worked their butts off paying attention to detail and making sure they did the job precisely, with efficiency and made sure we were informed of things along the way . They made sure they cleaned everything up and made sure we were happy with the job. We even had a problem with our neighbour and the shared driveway. Whether or not it was true, to make sure relations weren't affected, Jay offered to take care of it. We appreciated Jay and his team so much.I would highly recommend them to everyone. They are hardworking, honest and do excellent work. You won't be disappointed.

We needed an inspector for a home we purchased in aurora. Not only did michael tita come all the way to aurora on short notice, he was early, so professional, extremely thorough, very kind and very patient( I asked lots of questions). We were recommended to him and I would highly recommend him to others and use him again!!
