Not satisfied as company could not nearly match the stain despite it saying that it would do this without any problems.

This company could not offer me caulking to nearly match what was used with very expensive granite and travertine/marble. The owner could not offer me more than 3 colours in total. I had to choose one since he said that is all they had. I didn't realize at the time that there were so many colours that they should have had. But they are friendly and did come back to remove caulking that they said was paintable but was not.

Very prompt service regarding my basement! Oleg arrived the same day I called and Sergio came just a couple of hours later to carry out a camera inspection of pipes and floor drain. A repair to an underground pipe which they discovered had a hole in it was then carried out by their crew. This work involved digging down and replacing a section of the pipe. As well a secondary inspection and repair in another location was done. The crew worked very quickly and left absolutely no mess. A follow up camera inspection was done by Sergio following completion of the work. Having never had a problem of this sort before, I found this company to be dedicated, knowledgeable and extremely prompt. I am grateful that both Oleg and Sergio also took the time to explain the problems in detail.

I cannot say enough about Elaine and the transformation she has made to my historic home in Cabbagetown. Her work is impeccable. Elaine is a true artist. It is unfortunate that most of a prior painter's work had to be completely redone and this was certainly no easy task. Paint had to be removed from window trims and door frames and completely reprepped prior to repainting. Elaine and her team accomplished all of this. I am so impressed with Elaine's knowledge and approach and what she has managed to accomplish. The results have been completely beyond my expectations. In addition, she properly repaired a large section above my kitchen cabinets which had been improperly caulked and then she carefullyrepainted this section as well as the ceiling. I cannot say enough about Elaine and her team. As well, my home was left completely clean and tidy. More to be done and I am looking forward to having the entire house completed and showing it off. Thank you, Elaine for being the master painter you are. And thank you for caring.

Cash deposit of $1000K was paid on a job which was quoted to be approx. $9000. Not happy with craftmanship. Work involved adequate and appropriate prep work before painting with agreed upon paint brands and types which was not done. Paint used was not approved by me. Work involved using correct paints on different surfaces as discussed and agreed. Work now must be redone. Please note that this a revised review.

Cannot say enough about Zaneta and her team. Have had several housekeepers but nothing tops her services! She arrives with 2 or 3 staff exactly on time and is incredibly thorough. I was skeptical at first but no longer. Zaneta is so quick and professional I could not believe it. If you want a first rate housekeeping team, I would highly recommend. She goes the extra mile and even makes my bed. Her group is so polite and accommodating. All I can say is, "Zaneta please do not retire". I need you.

This is undoubtedly the worst retail experience I can remember. I wish I had read all the negative reviews about the owners attitude which have been posted both on yelp and google! Had I done so I never would have taken my miele vacuum to the owner for advice. I called because my much loved Miele s4000 series needed cleaning but was still working well as I had taken care of it over the years. The owner told me that it would cost about $200 to take the motor apart to clean it so why didn’t I upgrade. I agreed provided we could find something quieter than my existing model. He said I could have a “new out of the box” miele model limited edition c2 which would be much better for $329 provided I pay cash or debit card. He would not let me try it on the floor because it “would get dirty” but I trusted him. He charged me tax even though I paid with debit. No problem. Upon using the vacuum at home I experienced a few problems so called him. He was immediately so rude and hostile. I insisted on bringing the vacuum in for him to test. The bag holder had broken off and he told me that this was completely my fault. I asked him to test the suction and he said “how can I do this with no filter and no vacuum bag”. I said please do not worry I will pay for bag and filter. He said he would have to order the part. Later that day he called Nd said all was fixed but it was completely my fault that the dust bag holder had fallen out. He charged me $40 for a new bag of filters. No good will there! Anyway the vacuum is different than my original and when I tried to explain this he said that he would give me back an original model. I told him I didn’t understand this as I had already given him my vacuum And paid for the “upgrade”. He then said he had used my vacuum for parts which is ridiculous of course. Terribly upsetting. Don’t usually write reviews but wish I had. Tape recording of this man’s conversation with me. There was someone else in the shop at the time who can confirm this encounter. Never recommend this establishment.

Having had my heating ducts/vents cleaned in the past, I was reluctant to do so again as I hadn't really noticed much of difference in my household air. My home is an historic home in Cabbagetown built when air return ducts were minima! As a result, I experience a lot of dust throughout. Paul's team did an exceptional job and even though the work was done a few months ago, the dust reduction is still impressive. In addition, the air feels much much cleaner. Not only did Paul's team ensure that every single floor vent was thoroughly cleaned, the furnace was even checked. I am extremely pleased and would definitely recommend this company. Paul even followed up immediately to a question I had. Overall, this company cares, is extremely clean and tidy, arrive on time and overall, it seems that customer service is their motto. Thank you, Paul.

The service response time and prompt work were excellent. The owner understood immediately from the pictures I sent him exactly what was needed to repair my outdoor chimney which requires my mid-efficiency furnace. He got back to me almost immediately and sent one of his staff, Arthur, to my home within the next couple of days. Arthur could not have been more diligent. He was very nice and ensured that no mess was left on site. Arthur took the extra step to caulk a couple of areas on my other fireplace chimney as well without being asked. Followup by the owner was also appreciated. I felt the price was reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you so much Greg and Arthur!

Thank you, Derick, for notifying me yesterday that you had discovered a potential entrance for wildlife to enter my home whilst you were working for my neighbor in our semi-detached, historical home on Berkeley Street in Cabbagetown. I certainly appreciate your taking the time to do this as it is so important that all areas of access are completely covered for both homes. I appreciate your diligence.
