He was patient and took his time to explain to me what he thought me needs were and why. He left me with the pricing information and gave me the time I needed to think about my decision. There was absolutely no pressure. Once I made my decision to go with JTL booking the installations was very easy and they worked around my schedule. The technician who came out in install was respectful of my home. He explained things to me along the way and made sure I understood how to operate the system before he left. After it was up and running I had a few questions and the company responded to my calls very quickly. I would highly recommend JTL Alarm!
