Not a happy customer. Contact the Better Business Bureau before purchasing here to make an informed decision. Was warned by a friend not to use this company but unfortunately I didn't listen. Very poor customer service support when issues came up. A lot of time spent on trying to get resolutions to issues but to no avail. Owner great until products installed but then not interested or available to resolve issues.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Be responsive to phone calls and emails when a customer is having issues. Ensure properly trained employees perform service so is done properly. Resolve issues quickly and at no charge for the customer.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Check with the Better Business Bureau before selecting this company

You know you cannot please everybody 100 % of the time and sometimes not matter what you do you can t please.
