It was my first time in this store and my daughter and I definitely did not have a great experience. First off, my low rating choice was not due to the actual products. The store itself was great, had a lot of selection at reasonable prices. However, the low score is really due to the poor customer service. My daughter and I being in a new store, were curious to which backsplash would work for our kitchen therefore we were in need of help but weren't sure who to speak to. After walking around for over an hour watching as other new customers were blatantly asked if they needed help, we were confused as to why no one were asking us if we need any assistance. So we waited for another half an hour at the front desk. Once we finally got help it was a very quick response, while other customers were getting excessive help. We ended up finding tiles on our own but again had to wait for almost another half hour before someone could help us to purchase them. Once we purchased the tiles and finally reached home, we figured out that the employee gave us the wrong set of tiles, advising us to drive back to the store. Already upset that I didn't get the assistance I need, I had to waste more time and gas in driving back to make the switch. On top of that, when we arrived at the store again the employee did apologize with an attitude. I would recommend this store strictly for products only not for the poor customer service. Overall great purchase, but customer service needs to be more considerate to all of their customers of any culture.
