The furnace was ok, but the service (installation, warranty and rebate) was terrible. The installation come with no air filter and has a lot of holes for the hot air to escape, I was lucky to get the installer to come one more time to fix some major holes (more 3"). No joins and junctions were taped. There are still lot of hot air escapes, I need to taped it everything myself.

I dont believe you are a customer of ours can you provide a picture of your receipt so that we can verify that you are in fact a paying customer and not a rival company trying to tarnish our reputation. Partially because it sounds like you had sheet metal work done and at the time of your install we did not offer that service.
