Waterproofing PD & Vlad did a great job for us. Very professional from start to finish and a good price. We needed a means of escape for my sister's new accommodation in a basement apartment that had a long escape route from her bedroom and only one tiny window in the bedroom. Vlad's crew dug a much larger and deeper new window well and cut the concrete foundation wall down to allow the installation of a large euro style window and to provide the required code exit space. They then installed insulation at the bottom as needed due to the excavation depth and built a window well surround of pressure treated 6x6 timbers complete with steps to allow my sister to climb out to the back yard. The final installation was great in appearance and very functional. We were happy with the final result. And thanks Vlad for the very cooperative and accommodating attitude.
