In 2012 I installed 13 insulated windows bought from Theo Mineault. They did beat all competitors pricing, however a year later I had to replace 6 of the windows and had one of their service specialists install the new windows. The job took about 20 minutes and cost me approx $250. I would advise anyone with flat head screwdriver and a rubber mallet to do it yourself, very easy job. In 2014 I find myself replacing another 2 windows. At this rate I will be replacing the windwos every two years for the rest of my life. Windows were poorly made.
