From the moment I walked in to the Carpet Palace I knew I would be purchasing my carpet with this company. Bill was eager to help and answered all our questions. The install was delayed due to Covid but I was made aware of the delay well in advance. We were able to reschedule and the install went better than anticipated. The installer and his helper were on time and very professional. There was no wall or baseboard damage. A big plus. We also purchased an area rug which was delivered with the carpet. Bill went out of his to make sure the carpet was delivered and when he was told they forgot the underpad he brought it to our home. That is customer service. I would highly recommend this company a great google find. Tks again
