Guttermedik came out and replaced eavestrough and downspouts on our building. The eavestrough was in two separate sections, which was changed to one long continuous piece. One of the downspouts was changed to allow the water to drain away from the foundation and prevent clogging. I couldn't be happier with the way the job was done. Russell was courteous, professional and friendly. The whole job was done quickly to boot. From the first phone call to job completion was two days. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Guttermedik and Russell again. Thanks again Russell!

I wanted to replace my old entry door with sidelight and sliding patio door. They were very old and terribly inefficient. I got quotes from a few companies (some even visited and never got back to me). Speyside (Ryan) listened to what was important to me and quickly gave me a detailed quote that was to my liking. After I chose Speyside there was good communication up to and including the day of the install. During the manufacturing process Speyside called to notify me of Covid related supply issues and we agreed upon a solution. The day of the install went smoothly. The install team (Matt and the other Ryan) were courteous, professional and good communicators. They explained to me in detail what was done. There was even a small problem with the patio door. They contacted the manufacturer and it was quickly fixed the next day with a small adjustment. Everything was cleaned up after. Thank you Speyside, I am happy with my nice looking new doors.

I wanted about 500 square feet of carpet out of my basement. I was unsure what kind of surface I wanted however. After some searching around I found Enviro Surface Removers. I talked with Blair and set up an appointment to have the carpet removed and a polyaspartic coating put down. I am so glad that I did. Blair and his crew showed up and got right to work. Quickly the carpet and underpad were gone from my life (didn't even have to go to the dump). Then the crew prepared the concrete for the new coating with grinding. This even got rid of some old paint that was on the floor. Minimal dust was created, and they even put poly over the clothing in the closet. Next came filling holes and cracks in preparation for the coating. Then the polyaspartic coating went down. I chose a tan colour. I now have a shiny smooth floor, much better than that old carpet. Blair and his crew worked very hard to do the job in the time they told me they would (even on a holiday Monday), and at exactly the price quoted. They even kept me apprised of the steps involved and what would come next. I couldn't be more happy with the results. Thanks again Blair!
