Ron did a very thorough inspection of a house we are buying. He took tons of photos which he included in a very detailed inspection report. We totally recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable inspection.

We hired Stonewerks to buy and install ledge stone on a new portico and to complete a retaining wall. He came and did the job promptly and it was done well. The house looks great.

We added an addition to our home and had Mr. Lee inspect the work for the city's approval. He was very difficult to reach and didn't care about our timelines and he overcharged us for work done.

We added an addition to our home and had decided on placement of the gas fireplace in the corner of the room. When Leah came to give us design ideas she suggested the fireplace go in the middle of wall rather than the corner. She also had the great idea to fill in an unnecessary entrance to the kitchen which provided much more cabinet space. These ideas and more made our new addition so much nicer and we thank her!

We also got the Groupon coupon for Advantage plumbing. We are so very happy we got it as we have had problems with other plumbing companies. Advantage came promptly and on time for the appointment and found our leaking problem the same day. He was professional and obviously knew what he was doing. We will use them again.

We added an addition on to our home in 2010 and we are sorry we hired Milani. Always get a firm price or else they will overcharge you. We couldn't believe the cost of just moving a sink 1 foot from it's old position. After a costly install the inspector didn't pass it and my husband had to fix it himself in order to get it passed. Also, we found charges on our credit card that we didn't have invoices for. We had to email them to request the invoices and they charged us for visits that never even happened (they did finally reverse the charges - but beware). I do not recommend them.
