We had the misfortune to engaged this company to do a household move in July 2014. The move involved storage for a few days. When good were delivered a very large percentage of of items they packed in blankets were damaged. This amount of damage could only be caused by negligence. Their claim procedure is a joke. They have no interest in reasonably settling claims. They offer low ball amounts in the hope that customers will simply go away. They often refer to their moving contract which I don,t believe they know or understand what the contract means or says. This company is very unprofessional and in my opinion should not be used for any kind of move.
