We researched reputable and reliable companies when choosing a contractor for the job. Sebastian came to our home as scheduled, and provided a very competitive price for the work. The crew arrived on time, completed the work promptly, and cleaned up the area immaculately with not a hint of any residue from the job! Everyone was exceptionally pleasant and Sebastian provided honest guidance and advice in choosing materials. Inspections were done within 24 hours of completion! I called Mr Rooter plumbing and within the hour, on a Sunday, Ron Jackson was at our door. Our drain from the kitchen, which is shared with the laundry drain, was totally blocked. Ron managed to clear and clean the drain with what was probably years of buildup. He was exceptionally pleasant and polite and cleaned up after he had completed the job. Thankyou Ron!
