I contacted Gem Windows & Doors for replacement crank handles for two sets of windows that they had installed a few years ago. Jim Christopoulos looked after it immediately and supplied exactly what I needed, at no cost. The windows are in great shape, but often opened, so I am very pleased to have them working and looking great again. All of our replacement windows and doors have come from Gem.....great quality and great value.

We are very happy with the service we received from Gem Windows when we recently had 4 original windows replaced on the second floor of our home. Seymour in the office gave us excellent advice as always and the price was good. The installers were on time, efficient and did an excellent job.
Alec and Devon did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in my house recently. Before arriving, they called to confirm the arrival time and were on time and organized. Alec walked through the house with me and made note of areas that needed extra cleaning. They were careful with the hoses on my hardwood floor and stairs and were professional and efficient.
