After discovering that my exterior wall required repair and re-parging I sent TLP an email for a quote. It was simple, I took a photo and sent it with my smartphone. I immediately received email confirmation and was told I would be contacted with a quote. I received a quote by email describing the work and a follow up call the very next day. To be honest TLP began the work before any of the other companies even got back to me. I was familiar with TLP's work as they had done another job for me in 2009. I was happy with their work then and I am again impressed with the speed of their response, the quality of their work and the knowledge and professionalism of their employees.
