One of the men who helped fix our roof told my husband that though he has worked for many, many roofing companies in Toronto, he has never worked for one as conscientious and honest as Mr. Roof Repair. I believe him. Customer service spent many long phone calls with me, discussing my concerns, booking appointments and reviewing what their expert roofers had seen and repaired (with pictures!!) Hey Barbara... Thanks for mentioning this! This is something that doesn't get brought up often enough. Not only is it difficult for consumers to navigate the roofing contractor industry, it is also very difficult for quality roofing specialists to find a company to work for that doesn't perpetuate the downfalls of the industry.
